What began as a side hustle for Courtney Lythjohan turned organically into a passion-fueled career in 2020. After a few years of odd projects and styling for an HGTV show, Southern Eclectic was founded by Courtney and her husband to meet their clients with expertise at every point in the design experience, whether they're looking for a refresh, hoping to buy and build, or remodel. Their services intertwine, creating a one-stop shop for all things home.
As a designer, Courtney is adaptable—adept at customizing her work to reflect the functional needs and aesthetic preferences of her clients. What the spaces that she designs share is timeless craftsmanship, a welcoming livability, and a moody and curated feel. Courtney and her team serve clients in Dallas and surrounding communities, guiding them through a seamless and efficient process resulting in a highly personalized finished space.
