Full-Service Design

Intended for clients who have larger budgets and are looking to hire Southern Eclectic to design and execute their job from start to finish. Full service design projects are best suited for furnishing and/or construction projects where Southern Eclectic is managing all aspects of the design process for the majority or totality of a home. We will provide design and project management services through all phases of the project, from designs to final install.

One Day Styling

One Day Styling is intended for local Dallas clients who need a refresh of their space or are looking for help pulling all the finishing touches together. Styling includes the rearrangement of existing furniture, and the addition of styling elements like pillows, plants and decor. This service is best suited for homes that have all furniture in place, but need the final details brought together to create a cohesive look.

E-Design

Intended for clients that need assistance with designing a layout and sourcing furnishings/decor. If you’re local to the Dallas area, there is an option to hire Southern Eclectic to execute the install and styling of your home. If you’re remote, we will execute all purchasing on your behalf, then we turn it over to you to install on your own! Unlike full-service design, there is no project minimum, so this service is perfect for furnishing jobs of all sizes!

Home Staging

Home Staging is perfect for clients trying to sell a home. This service transforms a blank space into a warm and inviting one. Allowing potential buyers to imagine what their home could be like. Southern Eclectic Designs will be able to furnish and style designated rooms. Not all homes are the same, each requires a different and customized approach. We will work with you to transform each room for a faster, more profitable sale. From occupied to vacant homes, we offer a variety of staging packages to suit your needs.

Your home should be filled with treasures you love, while reflecting your personality at the same time.  Southern Eclectic Designs is a full-service interior design studio that designs homes, whether it's a full scale remodel or a simple makeover. Based out of the DFW area, we have garnered a reputation for mixing old and new, which creates a refreshingly modern, but timelessly classic space. From incorporating your vision and personal taste with our style and experience, we communicate and involve you in the decision making process from start to finish of our design service. Our job is to make sure you instantly fall in love and feel right at home when you walk into your freshly designed space. We work on both residential and commercial projects ranging from furnishing/decorative jobs all the way up to large-scale renovations.
